Our commitment

Auralink Talent wants a website usable by everyone, whatever the hardware, software or disability situation. We target WCAG 2.2 level AA conformance.

Measures in place

The site is built from the ground up with:

• Full keyboard navigation, with a skip link and always-visible focus.
• Semantic structure (heading hierarchy, landmarks, breadcrumbs, current page indicated).
• Compliant colour contrast; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images.
• Labelled forms, with explicit errors announced to assistive technologies.
• Animations reduced or disabled when your system requests it (prefers-reduced-motion).
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels and resizable text.

Known limitations

The site improves continuously; some content (complex illustrations, future downloadable documents) may need adjustments.
