Purpose
These terms govern the use of auralinktalent.com, which presents Auralink Talent’s services and lets you send us requests (hiring, contact, profile submission, newsletter).
Access to the site
The site is free to access, with no account required. Auralink Talent strives to keep it available but cannot guarantee this absolutely (maintenance, incidents, force majeure).
Use of the forms
By submitting a form, you undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself. Submitting a talent profile does not guarantee an assignment; sending a company request does not create a contractual commitment: only a signed quote and contract bind the parties.
Intellectual property
Site content is protected. Using the site grants no rights over Auralink Talent’s trademarks, content or graphic elements.
