The essentials

This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling tools. It relies on two strictly functional local preferences, exempt from consent, and on an audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics 4) that is only activated if you accept it through the banner shown on your first visit. Until you make a choice, or if you decline, no measurement data is collected or transmitted.

Functional local storage

In line with best practice (strictly functional storage is exempt from consent), two preferences are stored locally in your browser:

• your display language (French or English);
• your newsletter subscription, so the form is not shown to you again.

Characteristics of these preferences

This information stays on your device, is never sent to Auralink Talent or third parties, and cannot identify you. It is kept until you delete it.

Consent management

Collecting and remembering your choices is handled by a module built into the site (the open-source CookieConsent library), with no provider and no third-party script: your decision never leaves your browser. It is stored in a technical cookie named cc_cookie, exempt from consent because its sole purpose is to honour your choice. It is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again.

Until you make a choice, the site tells Google Tag Manager that audience measurement is declined (Consent Mode v2): no measurement cookie is set. Your acceptance, your refusal or the withdrawal of your consent are passed on in the same way, and a refusal erases any measurement cookies already present.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)

With your agreement, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) is activated through Google Tag Manager and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which assign a random identifier to your browser to tell visits apart. We measure pages viewed, where visits come from, device type, approximate country and certain interactions (clicking a call-to-action button, submitting a form, opening an FAQ question, switching language).

No data entered in our forms (identity, email, message, CV) is sent to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. These cookies are kept for no more than 13 months.

Changing your choices

You can reverse your decision at any time, either way, by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, present on every page. You can also clear the site data in your browser settings: the site remains fully functional, your preferences return to defaults and the banner is shown to you again.

Adding any cookie-setting tool or changing a purpose will lead to an update of this policy and, where required, to renewed consent collection.
