Every profile is assessed against 5 criteria: technical skills, soft skills, motivation, cultural fit and operational capacity. Only profiles validated by our HR team are presented to you.

Do we need a local entity to hire?

No. With our international employer-of-record service, we become the talent’s legal administrative employer: contract, payroll and compliance are handled for you.

Is the time difference an obstacle?

No: the gap with continental Europe is small (1–2 hours). Your talent is at their desk during your business hours: meetings, daily check-ins and replies happen in real time.

How do you manage a remote team?

Remote work is our normal operating model, not an adaptation: the minimal time difference (1–2 hours) allows your daily rituals (stand-ups, client calls), HR follow-up is continuous, equipment can be standardised with Auralink Equip and you keep a single point of contact.

Mostly, yes: you work remotely with European companies, with a small time difference (1–2 hours), full-time, part-time or project-based, depending on the need.

Yes. Depending on the setup chosen by the company, Auralink Talent holds the employment contract and payroll locally, with close HR follow-up throughout the assignment.
