What employer of record covers

Employer of record (EOR), known in French as portage salarial international, means entrusting the legal employment of a professional to a third party established in their country. The talent signs a Malagasy employment contract with Auralink Talent, works for your company and reports to you for their day-to-day work.

This is not the same as hiring a freelancer or an independent contractor. The talent is a salaried employee under a local contract, with payroll and social contributions in order, which gives both sides a stable and compliant framework without your company opening a structure in Madagascar.
